What an odyssey. Texarkana --> Shreveport --> Dallas --> Laguna Niguel (Orange County) --> Dallas --> Racine --> Sacramento --> Toronto --> Sacramento. Sometimes I envy those commenting "still in Texarkana"!!Anyway, it has been a great life and a great ride. Happily married with a beautiful daughter and my first grandbaby due in January.Great website - Wayne. Keep up the good work!

Hello everyone! This websight is a great idea. Thanks for all you hard work Webmaster. I graduated from AHS in 1976 and got married the following year. We moved to Columbus, Mississippi 3 years later where we still reside but would love to get back to Arkansas one of these days. Larry and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We have two grown children.. our daughter is 23 and our son is 18. I finished my BFA after I moved to Mississippi and am now self-employed. My husband just completed his 20th year with Weyerhaeuser. We love to travel abroad, spend time with our children whenever possible and just enjoy life in general. We try to get back to Texarkana whenever we can. I made it to the 10th class reunion but not the 20th or 25th so hopefully I'll see a lot of you at the 30th. In the meantime you can email me at *Hickmandi@aol.com* Would love to hear from my old class mates! Take care and God Bless!!!

I am just scanning this web site following a note sent to me on it. It is all really great, especially the old photos and the layout--Great Job!Work for US Army Corps of Engineers till '98 and retired early at 54, but thanks to Mr. Rieter's coop program, I had over 37 years Federal service, starting at Red River, working in Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Kuwait/Desert Storm. Just returned from a 6 week stay in Hanoi, Vietnam [the north section]. I spent 3 years there in the South. Looking forward to my 40th '62 Reunion in October.....Danny

What I remember the most from those years at Arkansas was a great feeling of security. I teach 9th through 12th graders here and I am shocked by their lack of it! My mom is living in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is in her 84th year. So many of you had her in biology and she remembers most of you, especially Jerry Beasley , Mike Hurst, Paula Dickey, and Jean Stickney. I have been married to the same guy for 33 years and call Mississippi my home. Loved every minute of being a Hog! Best to you all!!!

This is a great site! I just learned about it and look forward to digging in and seeing if there are familiar names. What shocked me was seeing some of the 1961 information and there are pictures of my dad coaching basketball for the Hogs! I don't know who is responsible for putting that together, but THANK-YOU.I have been in S. California off and on since 1984 in the hotel business. There have been excursions to Chicago, Tucson, San Diego and Seattle in that timeframe. It's great living in the desert and I occasionally get to see my old Arkansas friends out here. Take care everyone and drop me a line sometime.......

My best wishes,to any of the '57 class out there. I'm sure, youall remember the song, containing the lyrics, "the class of '57 had its dreams." Well, since May of that year, like most of you, I've had both the dreams, and my fair share of nightmares! Hope this post, finds all of you with most of your dreams fulfilled, and "STILL DREAMING!"....danny joe
