1924 Girl's Reserve

The Girl Reserves of Arkansas High, was organized in the early part of the year. The following girls being elected to office: President, Holly Hunter; Vice President, Ruth Ferguson; Secretary, Violet Boyce; Treasurer, Fay Sanderson. These girls filled their offices as all successful offices are filled. Our Sponsor is Miss Margaret Fith who was a graduate from the High School several years ago. We meet every Tuesday at the High School and enjoy a very interesting luncheon as well as business meeting; however all of the meetings are not business meetings, as we have all sorts of programs, which are very educational as well amusing. Many of the
girls are in the graduating class and they will leave us this year. Even though they will be greatly missed, there will be other girls in school who will be glad to take their places in this interesting club.
